Nice- Hyosung 1st improvement meeting of division group of task
The selected four divisions (3 Construction Division & 1 Industrial Division) which are agreed with current 13 team leaders and consulted from INNO-BIZ & Executive Office set up the goals throughout the analysis and improvement for each production line.
Now, improvement activity consists of twice a week (2 times of team meeting/ 2 times of 5S activity)
